In the Bay Area, she has worked with a wide variety of patients at Quan Yin Healing Arts Center in San Francisco, and currently volunteers at Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic, a complementary clinic for low-income women with cancer in Oakland. Prajna specializes in gentle techniques and is skilled at treating a wide range of ailments. She has worked extensively with survivors of trauma and abuse, and a quest for modes of deeper healing eventually led Prajna into the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She strives to be a non-judgmental partner in each patient's personal path of healing and wellness.
